A. I completed my MBA studies in June 2017 Received my final semester mark sheet in August 2017 My degree was awarded in October 2017. However, i had already started working in July 2017 after completing my studies What date do I mention under "Date I first became qualified to practice in this occupation" B.Does putting down September 2017 affect my score or work experience?

It really doesn't matter as your job probably does not need a special qualification to practice it. If it does require special qualification or credentialing, put down the date you achieved the credential.
