My husband (sponsor) is in Canada and I am in Pakistan. We have filled the form together via zoom. I have typed the date on which I finalized the from and printed it. My husband will sign when the forms reach him. Do I set the date next to the sponsor box to the day form was filled or it has to be set according to the day the Sponsor will sign? If it has to be set according to the day the sponsor has to sign Do I leave it blank so he can fill the date manually later or do I add a future date for him?
