Data discrepancy in the application ti Visa Office (Qorox & Senior pls answee)

Dear Forum members,

I have a question regarding discrepancy between info on initial application and application which we send to VIsa Office.

Now when I need to submit my full documents to visa office I have realised that I have missed to list a residency address where i lived during 4 month and never indicate it on my initial application.

If I will indicate it now, can it be an issue? and generally how they match ur initial application to one which you send to visa office

do they go line by line and compare everything or?

If I don;t have any record - who cares...?

for example i worked in Lahore for 4 years. Then if I stayed at 2 different places within the city - who keeps the record?

however, during that period, if I went to work at Karachi for 4 months, then of course I must indicate it.

bottom line I would like to be honest and put in info from the BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. and keep the consistency. don't show Lahore address when u r showing Karachi work exp.

if this is the case, then u do not change and invite problems later...

as far as changes in two applications are concerned - if it is significant - do please put in a covering letter to explain it.

Hi guys,

Just one more question form my end too...I have just sent my application to CIC but in that i didn't mention my short stay in canada for 8 months....firstly i didn,t mention that i have applied for canada visa in point 9 Background declaration form.and secondly do i have to show it in the point 11 in personal histoy that i stayed in canada for 8 months...do i have to fill in these informations because i didn't fill the two points in my application to CIO...Pls let me know seniors qorax and kris....cheers

if u read, it is a "material mis-representation".... which country r u from? do u know that canada would keep ur records and in case they verify the records while background check then u maybe in question....

i don't quite understand what is the problem in telling the specifics when requested. 8 months in ur case is not a short stay!

u r opting for ca pr. i know some of the folks from my village wud do this when they wud apply for ration card/election card in my country.....! they need to change their habits of making up things and keep wrong assumptions... these r important when u furnish to the (govt) agencies in countries like canada, usa, australia, britain etc....

Dodan...thanks for your excellent advise...you are right i should not miss out on anything because it is my own record which they will keep for future reference....i will update it when i will send my full docs and application...do i have to write a covering letter stating the changes or just update it and send it...thanks for ur understanding regarding my concern...cheers....laklak...iam from ND
