Damascus/ Spousal sponsorship

Hi, I'm new to this forum, however I've been following the posts. It's nice to know that I'm not alone in this agonizing wait!

My problem: Sponsored my husband (Lebanese) in process since July. 2010.

Would it make a difference if I get my MP involved at this point?
