honestly, I dont know what to say anymore, I see everyone getting it, I have tried calling my Lawyer and she has told me it will cost me 8000$ to apply again, since I need to go to court, I mean why is this happening to me, I am kind of getting angry seeing all of you getting the Visa and me getting refused. I know I lied about something in the past, but as i told my lawyer is my love for Canada that has made me try two times to come there. I was told by alot of people is ok and I just need to tell them I applied, but How do they know, and now 8000$ to go to court. I am willing to spend the money but my question is this, please if anyone can help. If I apply again and go to court and have my lawyer go to court and for her to explain the situation could, or would I get my ppr or be denied again, is not like i am terrorist I just made a few mistakes in the past??

Please help me out, since I really need a cheaper lawyer if I can or some hope please. :'(

azize del, inkaro nakon, dont spend 8000$ because you are making your self look more desperate and illegal, if they denied you, no problem, let them take the process, think about it, people here havent lied and some of them wait 12 13 months! so what expectation do you have really? i think you should let them work their process because a lawyer talk financially, no offense to any lawyer but they think about THEIR BENEFITS FIRST then yours... then they simply say sorry you were denied, so no , im my opinion wait it out, because 8000 isnt going to get you any closer than now, lawyers have very little impact, believe or not , lawyers have little power when it comes to immigration process..... when a MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT says you have to wait 10 months before i can step in, you think a lawyer can do anything? think about it....... and at the same time be happy for others because the more cases go through the closer you get so dont be angry be happy

listen my friend sponsored her husband from turkistan and they refused him because they didn't mention he went to jail in china for political issues. anyway they kept appealing and even after she gave birth to her baby they kept refusing but finally after 3years they accepted him. so take a lawyer and go to court I think it's worth it. anyway see what's best for u
