I had gotten my ITA for EE in March. Got the medicals done and also got the PCC, which was also stamped in my passport.
After submitting the file, my passport has gotten water damaged. Everything is still perfectly legible, but the pages have gotten crumpled and have become stiff, and the stamp on the front page is a little smudged.
I checked with the passport office personnel and they told me that I will have to get my passport re-issued.
Do I have to withdraw my file from CIC and start the whole process again after getting a new passport and new ITA?
Or can I get a new passport and notify CIC?
Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
