This is for people who received their Passport Request(PPR). The address in the website https://visa.vfsglobal.com/sen/en/can/passport-submission has not been updated yet and still says:

Avenue Cheikh Anta Diop x Rue Léo Frobenius
Dakar-Senegal. (THIS IS THE OLD ADDRESS)
Always call their phone number above or reach out to them via chat to make sure you have the latest information before shipping any documents to them. The customer service was really good when I talked to them over chat and phone. That is how I got the correct address. Just thought I'd share this and save you some headaches.
