Hello, I am a single mother and want to apply for MPNP SWO through EE. My daughter is 14yo who lives in Australia with her father now (moved 5 months ago), The confusion is that we never claimed her custody, hence none of the parents has her formal custody papers. What documents should i submit in my application besides divorced certificate? Declaration of affidavit from her father will be enough?
