Currently working in Canada w/ PGWP asked to Register Job Bank

Hi

I'm currently working in Canada with Post Graduate Work Permit. I just did the Express entry application and the PDF attached to the message says:

"In your profile, you said that you do not have a valid job offer in Canada or a provincial or territorial nomination.
Therefore, in order to activate your profile and be eligible to be invited to apply for permanent residence, you must
register with."

I have a Full time job related with degree. I said no to the job offer question because I don't have a job offer, I mean I have a job already. I don't know why it's asking me to sign to the job bank to find a job.

In this case do I need to ask me employer to issue me a job offer?

After the registration, I don't need to find a job right? I already indicated in job history that my current job is in Canada.

It's just a two step process. Just register and that's it. Everyone registers.
