My situation is that I am currently living in the US undocumented. My parents brought me to the United States when I was 6 years old on a tourist visa, and we overstayed.
It has been about 16 years now, and I am 1 year away from graduating from a California State University with a degree in Business Information Systems. I also have a Microsoft certification in Business Intelligence.
Obviously I cannot work in the US, so I am looking at options for immigrating to Canada.
I have not done much research yet, but I am guessing that immigrating for some kind of employment would be my best chance.
is this a viable option?
Any input would be appreciated.
