Currently in Quebec but intend to go to BC. Where should I land?

I just had to send my passport today to get ready to land. I am living since several years in the province of QC but when I applied for my PR I stated that want to live in BC - which I still want to! But as I said I am still here in QC because I had a job here and was waiting to get my papers done. Now that everything is ready I wonder if I can just go here to the closest border in QC to land? I still have an address here because I am in process to move all my stuff over to BC but there are so many things to do for me now. My friend is renting out a room for me for the first couple of months in Vancouver until I find my own place to stay.

If you don't have a CSQ (which it appears you don't) or immediate onward transport to BC, then it is unlikely that your PR status will be processed at a Quebec Border Port.

Yes you are right; I do not have the CSQ. But I will explain my situation. As I said before I am finally going to finish my whole process of becoming a PR. I stayed here in QC because my company which has the main office in BC asked me to run the office her until I get my papers because they know and I know once I get my papers I need to leave QC.
But I can not just disappear from one day to the other, I been living here for a couple of years now have a household that needs to be wrapped up and either shipped or sold. And another thing is that my parents are coming in September to visit me. How could I know that suddenly my papers would be ready now? I booked their flights way back in March.
So should I go then to any other border just not QC?

Somebody else who was I think in the same situation, working on a temporary work permit in QC while having applied for FSW, was told that he needed to land anywhere except in QC and that he needed to give a non-QC address for his PR card to be mailed to. They did say however that he was allowed to stay out his contract in QC so depending on if you want to leave your employer on good terms etc. you could give them a bit more notice. You also don't have to land right away when you get your PR visa. You can give a bit of notice at work, move to BC on your own time and drive to the border there to land. Or.. you could go to the ON border to land and give the address of your friend in BC to mail your PR card.

One of my friend's applied for Federal Skilled Immigration in 2007 from US. He started working in Quebec from 2008 as temporary worker. He got his PR around late 2008/early 2009 and landed in Ontario. He gave his Montreal address for the PR card and which was surprisingly accepted as he told that he was working temporarily in Quebec. He received his PR card couple of months back in Montreal.
