Hello guys
What is current sceneario for students for septermber 2016. Due to lot of applications , there will be more refusals ? will we get visa or not ? I heard from someobe that due to lot of applications they are rejecting even genuine students . Should we apply now ??

anybody can speculate but you will only find out by applying assuming you can meet the eligibilty criteria.

People get rejected for all sorts of reasons and in their minds of course they will think they themselves are genuine but still get rejected for valid reasons . So many people underestimate what the requirements are and so many people apply with the sole intention as a way to PR then wonder why they get rejected when making the latter obvious in their study visa application.

For September intake applications now could be getting a bit too close in to be approved in time but only CIC will know. That assumes at this stage a college or uni will still accept an application now for September which you need before applying for a permit.
