Hi guys,

I got the NOI from ontario and I am about to submit my application in next couple of days. I have one query with regards to the Contact information wherein we have to mention both Current Residential Address and Mailing Address. I have a house owned by parents and we have let out that premises to a tenant. Since we have lived in that premises for almost 15 years before letting it out, all my documents such as passport, PAN card, AADHAR, Bank statements etc are on that premises (permanent address) .

Now I am living in a Rented house in suburban area of the Mumbai (within same city) since past 5-6 years.
Should I mention our owned premises address as mailing address and rented premises address as current residential address or is it better to mention only one address i.e. permanent address (owned premises) at both the places to avoid any unnecessary confusion.

Can someone please help.

People move all the time. Since you lived at your current address for 5-6 years there's no need of entering your previous address as your permanent address. If you have to declare your previous addresses IRCC would only ask for the past 5 years which already covers your current address as well.
