Current & Intended Occupation- Urgent Help Please

I am applying under 1114 "Other Financial Officer"

My current occupation is "Relationship Manager Corporate Banking". While it match with two designations given in Other financial Officer Category which are;
1)Lending Solution Manager
2)Account Manager

Question # 1
In question # 3 regarding current occupation i have written my current occupation. While in question # 4 in intended occupation can i write both designations like this ""Lending Solution Manager / Account Manager"" as these both match with my work experience.

Question # 2
In schedule # 3, in question 12A i have answered Other financial officer as this is the primary occupation under which i am applying with code 1114.
In 12B i have answered all my previous occupations (Banking) with same code i.e 1114 as all those fall under that code.
Are those answers right and should be in this way?
