HR issued the reference letter on letterhead with job duties, salary, employment dates, hours worked, positions held, etc.. but specified it is for “Tourist Visa” and addressed it to the embassy. Do I need to write a LOE for this or just submit it as proof of work experience for Express Entry? If I do need to write an explanation...what do I say? Getting this one was like pulling teeth and took numerous phone calls for follow up. I doubt I can request another one and get it in time or if they will even be willing to give it for permanent immigration.
