I am indian citizen working as medical practitioner in minstry of health ,saudi arabia since last 15 years.
I want to apply Visitor visa to Canada .
Online form Imm 5257e has asked me Current country of residence? and Residential address? Next its asking me is your country where applying is same as my current country of residence ?
I want to apply and submit my passport in mumbai Vac office and not in saudi arabia Vac
Can i apply tourist visa in india?
What should i fill in country of current residence?
and country applying is same as my current country of residence?

You have to list the country you currently live in as your country of residence. That would be Saudi Arabia. This will be apparent since you have to list your addresses and travel history.
