Current Contract not Matching Current Job Title

I am currently preparing my application for the PNP and one of the required document that I need to submit is my current contract. The problem is the job title is "Customer Service Representative" which was signed two years ago.

I have since changed my job title to match a NOC code and my manager have given me an reference letter indicating that along with my current job duties. Unfortunately my contract was not updated.

My question is do I still need to submit my old/current contract showing that generic CSR job title or can I just submit my reference letter with my new job title signed by my manager?

Please help me understand what I should do.

Thanks!

NOC code is independent of the job designations. It only depends on matching of job duties. Your job duties should match minimum upto 60 to 70 percent with the job duties of one particular NOC code. Once you find this code, it becomes your intended NOC code for Canada.

Can you request a new contract for your current role?

I am in the same situation and iam planning to apply for OINP Skill Trades with NOC 6332 Bakers. I talked to HR department and they said my title on the contract is Prep cook but my duties and responsibilities are matched with the Noc code 6332: bakers. Unfortunately, they cannot change the contract and they apply a title Prep Cook for most of the position in the kitchen but the duties are different. My plan is that my Executive Chef and General Managet will write a letter and put some words like: her job title is a prep cook but her duties and reaponsibilities matched with the NOC code 6332. In addition, they will send me A Prep cook position description Form with my name on it ( it break down my duties and responsibilities in detail) along with the employment letter from HR which is pointed out my hours, job title as a Prep cook and duties/ responsibilities matched with NOC 6332.
Do you guys think it will work for OINP Skill Trades Stream?
