Hi all,
I tried to look in the previous posts but I wasn’t able to find a precise answer.
Does anybody know what is the real process when we talk about the checks for the PR for “old paper” PNP applicants?
If we go by logic:
• Eligibility should be done before everything (actually, should be done by the PNP office…): if I am not eligible I should not be asked for criminal records or spend money to do medicals…
• Then criminality: if we assume to submit the criminal records with the application this part should come before the medicals. Again, if they find something wrong (I mean, something that can compromise the application) on this part why asking for medicals?
• Then the medicals. If medicals are ok everything should be ok, at this point..
But .. For what I understood from other posts, if we look at the cgms notes, this logical order seems not to be followed…
Does anybody know what is the “truth” ?
Have a nice day!
