Biggest barriers are simply to explain why you cannot get married. So how is your culture contributing in you not getting married to your girlfriend? Are there other factors for why both of you can't meet again and have a wedding for example?

When did you take the trip to see each other? How long ago was this and how much time did you spend together?
First time my Tourist Visa got denied then covid pandemic happened we couldn't meet in both of our country as the international travel is still closed.You want us to suggest cultural barriers to list? That doesn't sound right. You are more familiar with your culture.

There were opportunities to visit between 2017 and early 2020 before the pandemic hit. So The pandemic doesn't explain the lack of in person visits during this long time period.
I would very strongly recommend one or both of you travels and spend time together again before submitting the conjugal application.
