CUAET: waiting 2 years

Hi everyone,

My mom applied for CUAET in April 2022, and she hasn't gotten any decision on her application yet. Every time we call or send emails we hear that everything is fine, the application is marked for priority review, and we need to wait. I even contacted my local MP (I live in Canada as a PR) to inquire about my mom's application, and there was not much new information; same thing: it's in progress, gotta wait.

So my question is: is there ANYthing at all for us to do to somehow speed up the process or get more clarity on how much longer it's going to take?

Would suggest withdrawing and reapplying but no longer an option. Does your mother have any red flags in her application like working with the military, links to Russia, etc.? Have you considered applying for a supervisa if the goal is just to get to Canada.

Does your mother have any red flags in her application

There is a red flag in her application, however, IRCC requested additional documents in September 2022 and we provided them at the beginning of October 2022. The MP confirmed that IRCC received the documents, but the eligibility needs to be reviewed, which makes sense as we see that the eligibility check is in progress. But every time we contact IRCC, through the web form or MP, we hear that there is no progress and everything is fine. We just want any progress or decision at this point.
