The situation:
A person applied for CUAET in 2023 and got their CUAET worker visa in February 2024. They arrived in Canada for the first time in September 2024 and received an OWP. They do not plan on staying here as of now and will leave Canada in October 2024. As per CUAET requirements, they didn't have to pass the medical exam before getting their application approved.
I heard that CUAET applicants usually get a condition on their OWP, such as "you need to pass the medical exam within 90 days." The person in this situation doesn't have this condition on their OWP. Must they pass the medical exam now before leaving Canada, or can they do it next time they arrive here? Will they be able to enter Canada again before their OWP expiry date if they don't pass the medical exam now?
