CSQ- PEQ "Have you asked to stay temporarily in Canada" Question

I am ready to submit my CSQ application but I am not sure how to answer the question on if I have stayed temporarily in Canada.

I have, but it has been on two different permits. The question asks I list a province and date. Should I list the start date of my first permit or the most recent one?
