csq help!

hi everyone i'm jus wondering how much did you pay for csq? i am sponsoring my husband from philippines (manila visa office). i am from montreal,quebec
i sent the csq request before our application was received by cic so they returned it and the micc said that i have to wait for the request. in the returned letter the $269 payment for the csq was highlighted. and then i checked the site it says on the updated payment:

We paid $269 for me. You send the csq application when the cic requests it after the sponsor is approved. The Quebec website has guides for you to read. Check the previously posted links.

Got it! Thank you so much! Another question. What should i do now? The cic (manila visa office) started processing our papers and we have the UCI they received our application april 29,2014 and started processing sept.2,2014 and medical fesults have been forwarded. It means that i am approved to sponsor right? But the thing is i still dont have a letter of confirmation that i am eligible to sponsor. I checked the email even the spam but i couldnt find it now i want to apply for the csq and undertaking but i need to have the leeter of confirmation what should i do? The letter of confirmation will delay everything...i am 2mos. Pregnant when i applied and now our baby is already 2 mos. and i just cant wait to see my husband...it's really sad..

Call the call center, I waited four months before I called them while waiting for my sponsor approval for my outland application. If it's outside the timeline for the first stage and call your MP, they should look into it for you. If it's beyond the time listed for the processing time, don't wait. They will send you notification by email or in the mail depending on what you specified. They request the CSQ after you receive SA. If it's inland, the first stage takes a long time so you may have to wait a while. If you use your UCI I don't think it tells you much, I couldn't find anything on me until SA when my husband as the sponsor was issued his ( I had on from a VR). I used his UCI and it showed my info.
