You can certainly do it now if you have enough points, if you dont have enough points after verifying online then my advice would be to apply for PR first and sponsor her later.
but if you do have enough points it will be better to add your wife and apply together for PR , to avoid waiting dilemma.

I updated my relationship status, that i married recently and CIC asked me provide documents and they didn't mentioned for CSQ?
they gave 30 days to update the documents.
Do they ask for CSQ anyways ?
Not sure how to proceed, whether should i keep as accompayining or not
