CSQ approval

please help. i dont know what to do.. i received my CSQ approval letter and i have 2 original copies of my CSQ on hand. My question is.. am i be the one to send this CSQ to the Canadian Immigration Manila or does the MICC already sent a copy to them?

In my case, I got my CSQ last head of September, after that I got letter of additional documents requested from Manila.
They said please send copy of CSQ within 30 days so I sent it.
If you have already got SA and your files has already transefer to Manila, they will contact you about CSQ as my case.
