CSQ application and processing time?

Hello,

We are family of 3 living in Quebec city for over a year now. I have a full time job and temporary worker visa, so I have some questions that are bugging me for a while.
Since I don't have French test passed, only IELTS, how much does it take for us to obtain CSQ after sending all documents? BTW we are from Serbia living in Canada.
