CSE Confirmation message - PR CEC Inland

Hi,
I recently submitted a CSE and I got the email from IRCC in 6 days stating-

"We can confirm the reception of the documents.
If further information is needed, a request may be sent by the responsible office."

Does that mean the files are added to my PR application?

What I have read on other forums is that many have got messages that explicitly say - "Your files have been added to the application"

Any suggestions?
