I am fully expecting an RQ - what you guys think should I apply or not.
I have proof for job/tax returns/ exit/e tickets from country I visited.

If you have the exit and entry proofs (stamps, airline tickets etc,), i would then recommend you give a call to CBSA and discuss with them.

Shouldn't be a problem.

In one case, its a blessing in disguise. Dont worry, you will be fine.

Can you please verify how you don't have the records .... like, at all? they deleted them? they notified you they deleted them? you have a record of that conversation with CBSA?

thanks for your response.
i didn't have a conversation with them yet but as per report they mailed me 3 entries are not showing up and i know for sure i traveled and came back. those entry don't exist in their records.
what you guys think going to happen if i apply....all possible scenarios please if someone experienced it?
would it go to a judge or anything else? as now i got a decent job outside canada and if this becomes lengthy and messed up then im stuck.

It sounds like you are worrying for nothing. What I would do is just explain in the application that some entries are missing and provide proof of re-entering canada (boarding passes etc) you said you have all these. I don't think you necessarily will get RQ for this (but im not an expert in anyway). But logically, think about it: you are actually declaring more trips than they have on record, so I'd say you are on the safe side here.

But, I don't know the rest of your situation. For example - you mentioned that you work outside Canada. Now, I would think THAT might raise some questions....

Thanks for your note Orangecup,

E tickets yes-
boarding passes some I am not so sure- but exit stamps and e ticket I have..well yes in total I traveled 10 times back and forth and apparently three entries( pr scan i believe) is missing from report.

Yes I got a far better job outside Canada... :)
hope that wont be an issue..but i mean I have fulfilled 1095 -in fact a little over...
should I hire a lawyer? now or may be later...

RQ I am sure 100% as previously i had applied for citizenship and made a mistake of calculation of days so once I realized it I withdrew the application.

what I am worried about that they call me for test/oath and then say oh 3 enteries are missing and now you have to see a judge or I dont know whatever procedure - then I will be in a fix.
Can they keep your passport?I heard somewhere they can and that what worries me

First things first, there's no need for a lawyer here. Second, frequent trips to where? I mean your home country? That would explain why your passport wasn't stamped. Or do you have stamps in your passport? If you do, then there's no need to worry. If you don't, e-tickets are a good solution as well as requesting border agency report from the country you visited. Note here, it may take several months depending on the country as well as some countries provide reports only for the last 6 months etc. My advice: apply, declare and calculate absences in the residence calculator (don't forget to sign it :)) and enclose the etickets that you have. Also, you can contact the airlines to get a confirmation letter that you boarded the plane. I heard some people on this forum did that. I included only etickets as I didn't have stamps in my passport. Good luck. :)

For those who are telling him not to worry... well, thanks :)

But is it really ok to have missing records with CSBA?

I mean, is it normal or frequently occurring to have missing records in CSBA report...

For me, I see this as a big issue... because entering/exiting from any country has
more importance than ever (not only for citizenship reasons), but it affects lots of other areas (crime, terrorism activities, security-related issues plus many other social implications)...

So I wonder if this is known as a frequent issue when dealing with the ONLY AUTHORITY in Canada that should record your entries (not to mention that they're not recording your exits!)

Best wishes,
Mary

Thanks Mary and Aed,

You are absol right and this is my biggest concern.
A small issue becoming big.
I went to home country often and they stamp thier entry and exit- I have record of those.
All I am missing from those trips is three entry into canada( not stamps as pr scan is the norm now but Im SURPRISED how they cant find my scan and that too thrice)
E tickets I have and airline records I can try but am doubtful if they furnish it or not.
My worst nightmare is getting the interview oath call and once there being told that we need to look into this then I am messed up :(

Did you apply for CBSA records online or by mail?
How much time it took?
Did you receive records by email or mail?

I am also waiting for my CBSA records.

If you have your homeland stamps and etickets, then this should be enough. This is not the first time CBSA reports are incomplete, just browse the forum. You are not the only one. If you are missing some etickets, those can be obtained from the airlines (for a small fee of course).

I think if you mentioned the entries/exits in your application + have the stamps ready (translated if needed) from your passport...
then you have not hidden anything.. you should not be penalized because of an officer(s) who somehow missed up your records, or didn't record your entry to canada transaction!!

My concern, is how is this even possible!! I mean with all what we see of evil, crimes, terrorism...
How on earth its possible for the authority of a country NOT to record an entry for someone to its land

Good luck for sure... and keep us posted :)
