The CRS score works the same way.
You're possibly confusing the points for the FSW Class. To qualify for the FSW Class, you have to score 67/100 points. If you qualify, you get CRS points.
For the CEC class, it's a series of yes/no questions that determine eligibility - there's no 100 point grid. If you are eligible for the CEC class, then you get CRS points.
