Hi All

I have Bachelors of Engineering (B.E) Degree, India -- 4 years with 2+ years of experience in Canada.
How many points will I get in below:

CRS - Skill transferability factors - Education - With Canadian work experience and a post-secondary degree

Will it be 25 or 50 ?

You will get 25.

To get 50, you need:
Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (CLB levels 6,7 & 8)

If he doesn't do credential evaluation, would he get full 50 points or just 25 points? I mean in case if he holds 1 bachelor degree and 1 postgrad certificate from Canada

He will not get any education related points if he does not do an ECA, therefore, he would get no points in the "With Canadian work experience and a post-secondary degree" section.
