I have a masters degree from USA and more than 5 years of US work experience with IELTS score of 8.0. I
see a score of 0 on the CRS - Skill Transferability - Certificate of Qualification section after submitting my EE profile. Please let me know if I messed up any question as I have checked and rechecked with no outcome.
