So im not understanding how the CRS points system works. I have been transferred internationally with my company from the UK to canada under a ICT work visa. I understand after speaking with other people on this forum that this does not allow me to claim the 600pts req to be an LMIA approved job offer.
Now my question is with my friend, who is in the same company, same role, same transfer, same work permit, slightly older, scored less initial points than me due to CELPIP scores and Age, however he secured the 600pts for having 'arranged employment'
He has shown me all of his answers to the EE application, to which mine are exactly the same and yet i only get credited with 319pts and he got 899 total including the 600.
After speaking with him, he said when he created his EE profile, he initially only recieved 299pts, however once he had registered with job bank, his profile updated the day after awarding him the 600pts, he is now had his ITA and is going through the application process.
Is there something i may be missing?
