CRS scores for Canadian Work experience

Just assume I have one year Canadian work experience, do you think in the CRS score system, higher score will be given to 2015-2016 work experience compared to, say, 2013-2014?

I think they will be the same because I never see this kind of differentiation mentioned in official website. What is your thought?

There is no preference given to any particular calendar or financial year while assessing your eligibility for PR.
