CRS Score - Sibling with Pr & Canadian Study

Hello,

When I am in my Express Entry Profile Status page,

It lists the breakdown of the CSR given based on my submitted profile.

In the Other Section where it has CRS - Additional - PR or Canadian Sibling & CRS - Canadian Education , I have 0 for both of these.

However, in my profile I submitted that I do have a sibling with a citizenship, as well as having completed a three year program with an advanced diploma in Canada. Aren't these facts supposed to give me points? Why Do I have 0's?

Good question, but there should be points there if you merit them. Perhaps you inadvertently chose the wrong answer in one of the drop downs - words in immigration don't always mean what they mean in ordinary English . . . you know, like 'family member'.
