My crs score is 392,i have given ielts twice both time my reading score is 6.5 .
I know i should give ielts again but is there any chance i can be eligible for ontario pnp or any other province .
Is 400 crs score mandatory for oipnp.
I am an electrical engineer with masters degree from uk and more than 5 years experience .
