I recently updated my express entry profile to reflect my latest education from an M.S. to an earned Ph.D., as stated in my WES evaluation. My CRS score still shows 481 points without it being updated to 496 points, since the difference is 15 points (the points received for 'Level of Education' is 150 for Ph.D. and 135 for an M.S.). The change was completed a week ago and my education does show correct information in the 'View my Profile' section.
I have also contacted IRCC using the web form but there has been no response for a week, although I am aware that they do take a bit to get back.
Has anyone faced a similar issue recently? Is there anything I can do to have my profile show the correct points for consideration toward receiving an ITA in the next few draws? I would appreciate any suggestions or responses related to this.
