I have submitted my CRS profile and my score is 413. I have CLB10 in IELTS in all bands and am aged 32. Moreover, WES has equated my education to a 4 years Bachelor in Canada. I have also done the CELTA but apparently WES doesn't accept it. My husband's education assessment is underway. His has an ACCA and a Bachelor in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Can anyone help me how many points will be added to my profile after the WES assessment is completed? Moreover, his IELTS scores are R 6.5, L 6, W 7.5 S 8.5. If he improves his score to all bands of CLB10, how much of an impact would that have for my CRS score? Thanks!
PS: If I consider doing another post secondary qualification, what is acceptable in Canada? I was disappointed that CELTA was not accepted and am a little wary of enrolling into something only to find out that it won't be accepted by WES.

Yes since your CRS score is 400+, you are eligible to receive PT Notification of Interest from OINP. In my opinion, you do not necessarily have to do post a post secondary qualification as it will take some time and will add only 7 points (unless you do Masters where the score will increase by 14 points). The decision is yours whether you want to invest time and money for 7/14 points as you are already eligible for PNP.

You have a great IELTS score. Regarding the points that would be added for your husband's IELTS, you can input the values in the calculators bellow and see how much of a difference it makes to your CRS score. The maximum that you can get for your husbands IELTS and Education are 20 and 10.

Would hiring a lawyer made a difference to my case? I mean would you recommend it.
If you ask my recommendation, I would say NO. Hiring a lawyer means, you may have to spend more than the OINP Fees CAD 1,500. They will tell you the same thing what is there in the Application Guide. Instead you can give me half the amount, I can you guide you better than a lawyer ;). Jokes apart, if you follow this forum, you will be in a position to do everything on your own. Most of your questions would already have been answered by many experienced people on this forum and still if you feel that there is a blocker, post your question here, I am sure, people will be more than willing to help you. In the end the decision is yours, if you have the money and willing to hire a lawyer, you will be able to find many immigration lawyers. But after everything is done, you will feel, you paid them to you tell you things which are easily available on OINP sites, forums like these etc.

You can refer to these links. It will answer most of your questions
