crs score 390. chances of getting PR????

My CRS score is 390 .what are the chances of getting ITA .My NOC is 3142 (physiotherapist) .
Ny chances of Pnp.????? my sister is PR in canada

Score of 390 will not get an ITA through express entry. Your NOC is a licensed profession so a PNP nomination will be difficult as it may be on the ineligible list. Where does your sister live?
