i went on mycic today found out that i have 25 points more. i suppose to get the increase on november 19th which is the date of my two year work experience. is this just some system error? by the way, today is the date that i have been having my work permit for two years. does this have anything to do with the increase? thank you very much for replying

same happen to my profile. i got points for 2 years of experience on aug 1st but but i am completing my legitimate 2 years of work on oct 28th this year. this happens due to the fact that the system ask you for the month of exp instead of dates. so even if you started working at the end of a month, the system will calculate it as a whole month of experience. just don't accept the ITA until you complete your 2 years of legitimate work. you can accept the ita if the cut out score is lower then your last CRS score.

You'll see in that thread that different members that different opinions on what i should do. I decided to wait until my anniversary date to submit, so that on the day i submit my application i could justify the points. I have submitted my application in September and had no issues so far. Based on other threads, it seems that CIC gives you the points on the 1st of the month prior to the month which you completely an work experience anniversary. Since you have 60 days after the ITA to submit your application, so even if you receive an ITA today (oct 1) you can still submit your application after you complete that additional year of work experience in November.
