CRS points missing? Created new EE because of refusal . Pls guide

This is the worst birthday gift I got. My application was refused this morning because of Lmia. I created a new account but the CRS points was missing 27 points. I entered the same info but still lacking points. The refusal from CIC this morning stated my recalculated points so I expect I'll be getting the same points.
Please guide me. ECA, CELPIP and other credentials are entered correctly. I wonder what I did wrong.

Please post what was exact response from CIC for rejection. Else proper analysis is difficult to determine.

My WP was expired pror to the submission of application i have Lmia on process that time but unfortunately refused. My concern is my CRS points when I created a new profile.
