CRS Points Increased by 15 mpoints

Hi Guys, I checked my CRS points yesterday it came out to be 447, But when I am Checking it again today with the same information it comes out to be 462. they are giving me 30 additional points (instead of 15) for Canadian education. so I just wanted to know is there any update on express entry points system or there is some glitch in the system?
