Hello Members,
I am new to this forum and wanted an insight on how the IRCC calculates CRS points for LMIA exempt workers.
I have recently moved from US to Canada and is currently working on a closed work permit. I had previously worked in Montreal(Quebec) from Sept, 2013 to Mar, 2014(6 months) and then moved to US due to work assignment. Now, in Aug, 2018 I have again moved back to Canada for work assignment and would be staying atleast till March 2019(~ 7months). So, my question is even though I do not have a continuous work experience in Canada but I have been working in Canada for the same employer for more than 1 year.
1. My employer is ready to provide a job offer which will have all the details required but will I be able to claim the additional 50 points with non- continuous work experience.
Your valuable insight is much appreciated. If there is any link where this question has been answered please point me to that and I will be glad to read that.
Cheers!!
