CRS POINT not matching as a Break down

Hello everyone

My CRS score should be 1036 and upon calculating the CRS break down it comes to 1036. But the

Same exact problem! The breakdown score does not match the total score. Who know where to contacts to fix the glitch? Send a form on their website but they reply automatic emails
