The most important thing to determine the cut-off score is the number of ITA per draw. If you don't have that number then there's no way you can "predict" anything.

Well they're certainly not going to drop to 405...

probably in 1 year from now it will hit the 400

by the moment only if you can prove high intermediate french you can go through ontario. what you mentioned is currently closed. i would open by the end of the year, many people waiting for the 400 program to open. chances are cap will be reached right away.
