I have an approximate score of 387 CRS points with CLB9 (8777) in IELTS and have 15 years of IT experience currently playing the role of a Agile project manager which falls into the codes - 0213,2171,2283 - any guidance if this score is good for a PNP and importantly I qualify only 67 FSW points as I am aged 35 years - my 2 questions: do I need to consider enhancing my FSW points? For any PNP based on the NOCs is my CRS score enough to qualify or do I need to look for ways to enhance this?

Since you’re talking of FSW I assume that you are out of Canada. Ontario tech draws, which is the most relevant outland PNP program given your IT background, typically need 455/460-467 CRS.
I would suggest trying to get a job in Canada to boost CRS or looking into other provincial programs (which will need similar amount of effort or more).
