CRS Canadian education points

Hello everyone,

I am from India and have completed one year postgraduate advance diploma from Humber college, Toronto. I submitted my express entry profile recently but I am getting 15 points in crs Canadian education, whereas as per my research 30 points are for Canadian education. I calculated my CRS score in Canadavisa forum and im getting 421 but in cic im receiving only 406.
Am i doing something wrong while submitting my profile? How should I increase my canadian education points?

I think this is one year post-secondary program so 15 points sound correct. 30 points are for Master's, Phd, or 3+ years of study. Look at Canadian study experience points here: https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-system.html
