CRS - Arranged Employment

I was working in Canada for 20 Months and then had to move to USA due to my Job requirement.
When I was in Canada, I had 471 Points.
When moved to USA, I updated my application with the current job in US.
So, 50 points for CRS - Arranged Employment were deducted and the score has reduced to 421.
Still my company would provide me a letter and Job in Canada in case if I get the Invitation.
Not sure, how to get this 50 Points back for CRS - Arranged Employment?

Any help would be appreciated.
