There is no fixed criteria for OINP notification. It is observed that most people with the score of at least 400 points and a bachelor degree are getting the notification within 14 days of creating a EE profile. Sometimes it fails to send the notification due to system glitches as well. So you can wait for a week or two and most probably you should get a notification of interest from them.

OINP has officially announced for applicant to re-create the profile if they qualify for the nomination program but have not received a PT.
I am aware of many who have re-created their profiles untill they got their PT from OINP. Keep trying, all the best.

many of us have recd the PT letter after re creating. I recreated five times and got it. Now a days the ratio of getting PT is more than before. Just see that you dont resubmit but delete your profile and with new GC Key make fresh application
