Yes, but not in the past year+. The scores used to be lower, but recently they've shot up and show no signs of coming down any time soon.

Unfortunately, if your score is too low, and there's no way in which you can raise the scores.. not much anyone can do.
i will qualify for the the hcp cec noc 4212, i cant not use the job offer one as my organisation is non profit
i have redobe for the crs on canada visa and i get 449 on this forum the first one i did on cic
