CRS 432- When will I receive NOI

Hi all

I am in Express Entry since April 2018 . I updated my profile with new IELTS score in July and now my CRS is 432. What should I do next ? I am awaiting Ontario NOI to move further but still I haven't received anything from Ontario or any other province. Can you please suggest ??

They have not issued NOI unless you have french language skills or job offer.
